In-N-Out may be heading to the Sunshine State. That's if Florida CFO Jimmy Patronis has his way. The famous west coast/southwestern burger chain has been running into some trouble out in California with the state's COVID-19 mandates. The chain of 350+ burger shops in the southwest and on the West Coast is out of sorts with a patchwork of local ordinances in California requiring indoor diners to show either proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test result.
Arnie Wensinger, In-N-Out Burger's business officer, has even been quoting saying "We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government..."
Along with Florida infamous lax ways with the mandate, it's looking like a a great landing spot for the chain.
