To refresh your memory, Jimmy Winfrey was convicted and sentenced to 20 years in prison for shooting up Lil Wayne's tour bus back in 2015. A jail phone call was recently released where Birdman called Winfrey while he was he was incarcerated in Cobb County, Georgia. It sounds as if Birdman was congratulating Winfrey. In the call, you can hear Birdman say, "Time to come out here and get your money. You did everything you could do, boss. The Cobb County D.A. is considering filing charges against Birdman for the shooting, but no charges have been filed yet.. You can hear the phone call below.
